Accessible Yoga for Seniors/Not So Seniors
A significant aspect of chair yoga is that it can be adapted to suit various physical abilities. This practice includes seated & standing postures that help daily tasks become manageable. The goal is to gradually improve flexibility, strength & mobility, so progress at your own pace.

Deep Stretch & Restore
That "if you know, you know," yoga
Deep Stretch & Restore is a time to rest. The challenging part of this practice is allowing ourselves to let gravity do the work. We use the breath to encourage lengthening in our bodies and our personal wisdom to determine what feels just right. Breathe slow, let it go.
