Deep Stretch

That "if you know, you know," yoga

Deep Stretch is a time to reconnect. This can be an active or passive practice, focusing on longer holes and elongating stretches. We use the breath to lengthen and our personal wisdom to determine what feels just right.  Breathe slow, let it go.

Requirement: Listening to your body.
